Learning Experience Design.

Immersive, interactive learning that people step inside, make decisions in, and remember long after.

Attention is not something you can demand, so we earn it, the way a great game, a well-told story or a real simulation pulls you in and makes the next moment feel worth reaching. Learners stop being an audience.

They make decisions, take action, and see what happens next, and that shift from watching to doing changes how much they actually keep. We build it for the moments that matter most: the high-stakes call, the difficult conversation, the complex procedure, the judgement made under pressure.

The result is learning people choose to finish, and still remember long after they have. Engagement stops being a number on a dashboard and becomes the reason the training works: people who are pulled in retain more, apply more, and change how they work. That is the difference between a programme that was completed and one that genuinely changed something.

What We Build

Turn "have to finish" into "want to win."

We use game mechanics for real teaching, built around a loop the learner wants to keep playing: a challenge, a meaningful decision, feedback, and a sense of progress that pulls them to the next round.

The engine is not the points or badges on the surface, it is the choices underneath that carry weight and consequence. Designed properly, it turns content people have to get through into a challenge they want to master, which is where real motivation and retention come from.

Rehearse the high-stakes call before it is ever real.

A trading decision, a clinical judgement, a difficult conversation with a direct report: the learner works through it in a controlled environment where mistakes teach instead of cost. Repetition builds not only competence but the confidence to act when the real moment arrives, because they have already been there. It is how you prepare people for the situations you cannot afford to let them practise live.

Every choice has a consequence, just like the job. The learner makes a decision, watches it play out, lives with what follows, and carries that lesson into the next choice.

It teaches judgement rather than recall, which is exactly what matters in the grey areas where there is no single correct answer to memorise. Built well, a scenario feels less like a quiz and more like a situation the learner has genuinely faced, so the lesson holds up under real pressure.

A programme that adapts to the learner, not the other way round.

Difficulty and pathway adjust to how someone is actually doing, conversational partners let them practise a pitch or a negotiation as many times as they need, and feedback arrives instantly and at scale. Grounded in learning science rather than novelty, AI gives every learner something a single fixed module never could: an experience that responds to them, so nobody is bored and nobody is left behind.

Step inside the lesson instead of reading about it. Immersive, explorable environments for the learning that presence makes better: spatial procedures, site and safety training, product or facility walkthroughs.

These are places a learner can move through and remember, rather than read about and forget. For the right challenge, being inside the environment is exactly what makes the lesson stick.

Not sure which format you need?

Start with the outcome you are chasing. The right format follows from it.

Simulations

Safe practice of the calls that are too costly to rehearse for real. Learners build the competence and the confidence to act when the real moment arrives.

FAQ

Yes. We build to SCORM and xAPI, so your experiences track and report inside your existing LMS. Where xAPI is available, we can capture richer data on how learners actually make decisions, not just whether they finished.

It depends on scope, from a few weeks for a focused branching scenario to several months for a full simulation or 3D world. We agree a realistic timeline during the Blueprint stage, before any production begins.

Often it does, because it does more. The question worth asking is what a forgettable module costs you in retraining, mistakes and lost attention. We scope every project to its purpose and are clear about the investment before you commit.

Yes. We can turn existing material into an interactive experience, or apply our engagement and measurement rigour to content you have produced elsewhere, so it performs better without starting from scratch.

It depends on the format and the authoring tool, and we plan for that from the start. Many approaches are fully responsive across phone, tablet and desktop, while some, such as certain simulations or 3D and VR builds, are designed for larger screens. We recommend the right tool for your learners and the devices they actually use, and agree the target devices before we build, so there are no surprises. Accessibility is considered throughout, with captions, audio and navigation built in.

Measurement is designed in from the start. We agree what success looks like, capture the right data, and read it against the outcome you were hired to move, so you can show impact rather than a completion rate.
